What you are probably wondering.

Which version of the standard does it use?

The current RSPO 2024, with the complete official text and the 2018→2024 analysis of changes. When national interpretations are published, we integrate them at no extra cost.

Does it work for my country?

Yes, across Latin America. The agent incorporates country context and local law into the case files, and payments are processed through a Merchant of Record (global invoicing and taxes handled).

Are the answers reliable?

The agent answers by quoting the official text of the standard; if something is not available, it says so instead of improvising. Form codes are restricted to the ones that actually exist, and if you do not enter responsible parties the case file leaves those fields blank rather than inventing job titles.

Is my confidential information protected?

Each account can access only its own NCs and evidence, in an isolated space. Authentication is handled by Clerk, and we do not share your data with third parties or sell it.

Do I need to install anything?
